Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Do you offer local pickup? If so, where are you located? A: Yes we do. Local pick-up is available from our retail store located at 620 National Ave, Mountain View, CA 94043 from 10:30am - 6:30pm. Please give us a call ahead of time to arrange a pickup time.
Q: Do you offer international shipping? If so, how much? A: Yes we do offer international shipping. Please contact us before your purchase for accurate international shipping costs. Q: Do you offer custom made flags? A: Yes we do. Please contact us for details and/or if you'd like a quote.
